We accept 12 days return after an order has been placed
1: if your order is not same as what you order for
2: if your order is damaged when you receive it
3: and please note that if you want to return your order, it need to be intact don’t cut out the closure lace.
Delivery Policy
Italy: shipping takes about 2 to 4 working days delivery
International: shipping takes 4 to 7 working days
And it also depends on the shipping use we have DHL and postal service.
DHL is faster than postal and more expensive
